About these terms
These terms apply when you use HeyDo: the website (www.heydo.asia), the merchant portal, the HeyDo Merchant app, and the booking pages of businesses that use HeyDo. HeyDo is provided by Cloudkia Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201601032857), Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia ("HeyDo", "we", "us").
By creating a business, signing in or using HeyDo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use HeyDo for a business, you confirm that you may agree to these terms on its behalf.
02
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to open a business account, and the details you give must be true and kept up to date.
- The owner is responsible for the business account and for everything done by its team logins. Give each person only the role they need.
- Keep passwords private. Each login is for one person; do not share sign-ins.
- Your merchant code is also your booking page address (for example yourcode.heydo.asia). We may ask you to change a code that misleads people or uses someone else's name or brand.
03
Plans, trial and payment
- Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our Plans page and in the merchant portal, in Malaysian Ringgit.
- The free trial can be used once per business. When it ends, choose a paid plan to keep using HeyDo.
- Paid plans are billed in advance. If a plan isn't paid, the account may be marked past due and then suspended: team logins stop and the booking page goes offline until it is paid. Your data stays as it is while suspended.
- Extra outlets are charged as shown on the Plans page. Monthly WhatsApp messages included in a plan do not carry over.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to your plan.
04
Running your business
- You are responsible for your business: your services, prices, taxes, licences, the care you give, refunds to your clients and how you treat your clients' data.
- Health information. If you record medical alerts, allergies or other health notes, you must have your clients' consent where the law requires it, and keep any clinical records the law requires you to keep. HeyDo is not a medical records system and does not give medical advice.
- Bookings, cancellations and no-shows are between you and your clients. Set your own notice period and policies, and tell your clients about them.
- You must have your clients' permission, where the law requires it, before contacting them for marketing.
05
Acceptable use
Do not use HeyDo to:
- break the law, or offer illegal services;
- send spam or unwanted messages;
- upload content that is false, offensive, or that you do not have the right to use (including photos of clients without their permission);
- try to get into other businesses' data or our systems, overload or disrupt the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer HeyDo.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
06
Your content and data
Your services, photos, logo, portfolio and business records stay yours. You allow us to store, copy and display them only as needed to run HeyDo for you, for example to show your team's portfolio on your booking page. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
07
HeyDo's software and brand
HeyDo, its apps, software and brand belong to Cloudkia Solutions. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your business while your account is open. Third-party components are used under their own licences.
08
Availability and changes
We work to keep HeyDo running and your data safe, but the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of things outside our control, such as internet or WhatsApp outages. We may improve or change features over time, and will give notice before removing a major feature you pay for.
09
Liability
HeyDo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, missed bookings or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.
10
Ending your account
You can stop using HeyDo at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
11
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell businesses before important changes take effect. Continuing to use HeyDo after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
