How do I sign up?
Create your business on the merchant portal: pick your business type, a short code and the owner login. It's ready in a minute or two and starts on the free trial.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. Your services, team, clients and bookings stay as they are.
Do I need special hardware?
No. HeyDo runs in the browser on any computer or tablet, and the HeyDo Merchant app runs on Android phones and tablets. A receipt printer is optional.
Can my clients book without an app?
Yes. Your booking page works in any phone browser. Clients sign in with their phone number.
Is my clients' data safe?
Each business has its own database, hosted in Singapore, sent over encrypted connections. Only your team can see your clients. See the Privacy Policy.
