Delete your HeyDo account

Business account

Email [email protected] from the owner's email address with your merchant code (the name before .heydo.asia). We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

The business and all of its data: outlets, services, team logins, clients, bookings, invoices, uploaded photos and the booking page address.

What we keep

Invoices for HeyDo plans are kept for 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires.

Team logins

Team logins belong to the business. Ask the owner or a manager to remove yours.

Client accounts

Ask the business you booked with, or email us with the business name and your mobile number. We delete your sign-in and profile; the business may keep the visit and payment records it needs for its own accounts and, for clinics, its medical records.
